Dr. Natalie Wong is accepting patients with the following insurance plans: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, First Choice, Kaiser PPO, Lifewise, Premera Blue Cross, Regence Blue Shield, Regence Group Administrators, Washington Labor & Industries, and Personal Injury Protection through car insurance (PIP). FSA and HSA cards are also accepted. For patients with insurance plans that we are out-of-network with, a superbill can be provided upon request for insurance reimbursement purposes.
